I’m a nutrition coach and behavior consultant with a Master’s in Special Education (Applied Behavior Analysis), and I’m currently working toward my BCBA certification
I’ve supported people of all ages, kids, teens, and adults, across homes, schools, clinics, and communities all over Canada.
My focus?
Helping neurodivergent individuals build sustainable routines around food, wellness, and self-care.
I was born in Brazil and immigrated to Canada in 2000. I’m fluent in Portuguese and French and love working with clients in those languages when requested.
I’ve always been active, swimming competitively at a national level for Brazil and Canada and playing high-level soccer. After high school, I stayed active through CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, and Powerlifting. But like a lot of people, my relationship with food got complicated when my training slowed down. I struggled with diet culture, body image, and all the mixed messages online.
I learned how to fuel my body without shame, how to enjoy meals out with friends, and how to align food choices with my values instead of guilt.
As I got deeper into Olympic Weightlifting and started competing (a weight-class sport), I had to understand nutrition on a whole new level, and I fell in love with it.
At the same time, I was working as a behavior consultant with autistic clients and noticed a huge gap in how we support nutrition and self-regulation in neurodivergent communities. That’s where my passion really clicked: combining my background in behaviour analysis with personalized, shame-free nutrition support for neurodivergent adults and Caregivers of neurodivergent indivudals
Now, I help clients build routines around food that feel empowering. I’ve supported people who didn’t know how to boil water go on to confidently grocery shop, meal prep, and build routines that work for their brains and their lives. My goal is to make nutrition more accessible, more doable, and way more compassionate, because everyone deserves to feel good in their body and their routine.
