A soft place to land when food feels hard. This package offers weekly support, real-time guidance, and gentle structure that grows with you. It’s not about fixing everything at once, it’s about creating something sustainable, together.

What It Looks Like

  • One 30-minute or 60-minute check-ins each week (Google Meet or phone, your call)

  • We talk through your routines, your favourite foods, your “no-thank-yous,” and the spots where you keep getting stuck

  • We build a loose, flexible structure together, then tweak it as life changes (because it always does)

There’s no “right way” to do this. We take it week by week, adjusting as we go.

Between Sessions (for 60 min package clients)

Over time, we’ll weave in short, low-pressure lessons, nothing overwhelming or prescriptive. Just bite-sized pieces that help you understand what your body needs and why things might feel hard right now.

  • How sleep, stress, hydration, and movement affect eating

  • Nutrition basics that don’t require a total life overhaul

You don’t have to master any of this. I’ll meet you where you are.

Caregiver Call (Optional Add-On)

If someone helps you with meals, a parent, partner, support person, we can add a 30-minute weekly call just for them.

It’s a space to answer their questions, smooth out logistics, and make sure they’re supporting you, not stressing you out.

Is this like meal planning?

Not really, unless that’s something you want.

We’re not doing rigid meal plans or tracking every bite. If that kind of structure helps you, we can create something simple and flexible. If it doesn’t, that’s totally fine too.

Some people like to spend part of our calls cooking together, others want help figuring out a few meals that feel doable. We can go with whatever actually supports you.

Can I do just one session to start?

I recommend committing to at least 4 weeks to really feel the support and start shifting habits. But let’s chat, I want it to feel doable.

What can I text you about?

Anything food-related. Meal pics, snack wins, stuck moments, executive function meltdowns. You don’t have to filter it. This is support in real time.

What if I miss a session?

No big deal, we’ll reschedule when we can. You still have unlimited text access, even if something comes up.

Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?
